2Cucumbers pickled
2Carnations
2.5dlWater
4dlAromatic vinegar
4Onion
5Juniper
8Peppercorn
8Herring fillets

Instructions for Roll mops 2

To prepare the Roll mops 2 recipe, please follow these instructions:

Rinse the herring fillets and pat dry. The inside of the fillets lubricated with mustard. Put chopped capers, onion rings and sprinkle with salt. Crack the cucumbers and put a quarter on every herring who rolled together and fastened with toothpicks or skewers. Put rollmopsene and the rest of the onions layered in a stone jar. Boil the marinade together ca. 5 min. leave to cool and pour it over the herrings. Bind the jar to with foil or put a plate over and let it soak for about 3 days before they are served.
