To prepare the Roast Marinated Sirloin steak on grill recipe, please follow these instructions:
Marinér fillet of beef in red wine, thyme leaves, coarsely crushed bay leaf, lemon peel, whole peppercorns, cinnamon, olive oil and cracked garlic. Came the marinade and the meat in a plastic bag (so you don't as much marinade) and close the bag tightly. Put the bag in the refrigerator for 6 to 24 hours and turn it on and off. The longer the meat marinerer, the more flavor takes the flesh of the marinade.
Press the fillet of beef dry with paper towels and season it with salt and pepper. Brown the meat well on all sides. Then move it away from the strong direct heat to a place with more indirect and weaker heat (this requires you to use a charcoal grill).
Let the grilling for approx. 30 – 40 min when the meat is mediumstegt, it feels springy when a light thumb pressure. Frying time depends more on filetens thickness or height than by weight. Let the meat rest for 15 minutes before it is cut into slices.
Tips:
Using the thermometer: • Mediumstegt: core temperature around 60 °
• Roasted: core temperature approx. 62 °
• Done: core temperature around 68 °
Broil termometrets spear plug into the thickest part of the roast, and the temperature recorded after 1 min.
