Instructions for Roast goose
To prepare the Roast goose recipe, please follow these instructions:
Rub the redecorated goose inside and outside with salt and pepper. Fill it with peeled Apple and prunes. Close the openings with skewers.
Put the Goose on the grate over the roasting pan with the breast side up and set it in a cold oven at 160 degrees c. alm. oven. When the goose is brunet (it takes approx. 45 minutes), add the boiling broth. Then fit the goose itself in 3 1/2-4 hours, depending on how big it is. When the thighs can easily skew the goose is tender.
Pour the cloud from foam oily and smooth sauce with a butter bun. Give the sauce a little suit and season with salt and pepper.
Tips:
In general one can say that goose fried like a duck. Just taking into account the weight so should it succeeded for all. Depending on the temperament you can then decorate the goose with the flag in the belly and white cuffs on the legs.
