Instructions for Roast beef w/au gratin of celery

To prepare the Roast beef w/au gratin of celery recipe, please follow these instructions:

'S bladsellerien, cut it over lengthwise and once across. Boil the ca. 10 min. in salted water. Let drain. Brown roast beef in a little butter in a hot pan. Roast it in the oven v 180 gr to the Center temperature is approx. 60-62 gr (ca. 30 min.) Let it rest covered for 10 minutes.

Make sauce by whipping the flour with cream, warm up during whipping. Came the crushed juniper berries in and season with salt and pepper.

Put bladsellerien in a baking dish, pour sauce over and sprinkle cheese and bread crumbs. Set the dish in the oven for approx. 15 min. v/200 degrees C.

Serve with boiled potatoes sprinkled with thyme and Walnut bread
