To prepare the Rhubarb with råcreme and macaroons recipe, please follow these instructions:
Cut the rhubarb into uniform stems and put them in a pan layered with sugar. Put a lid on the pot and bring it slowly to the boil. Simmer for 2-3 minutes. Take the pan off and let it cool. Term fluid from and reduce it until it starts to karamellisere.
Beat the egg yolks with sugar and vanilla until it becomes completely white. Turn over with the beaten whipped cream.
Com makronerne in a dish and pour a little port wine over it. Serve makronerne layered with rhubarb and råcreme and "character" in the end with the Red rhubarb sauce.
