To prepare the Rhubarb jam without sugar recipe, please follow these instructions:
Cut rhubarb into small characters and cook them in a pan with 4 dl. water. Boil it for about 12 minutes (until the rhubarb is dissolved). Add 1 letter green melatin and let it cook for 2 min. Pour immediately onto the glass and close the lid. Style in the refrigerator for 1 hour.
Tips:
Finally, the jam should keep for a long time so to blame the glass with atamon. Finally, the jam has only 30 kcal per 100 g and is therefore suitable for a calorie-conscious diet or diabetes.
