To prepare the Rhubarb cake with coconut (hot) recipe, please follow these instructions:
Grease 4 oven-proof pots or coils - or choose a larger dish. Cut the rhubarb into 1 cm pieces, mix them with sugar and potato flour and benefit the mixture in the dishes. Whip the dough and sugar thick and whip the egg yolks in one at a time. Whip the egg whites stiff and turn them into the dough alternately with the coconut flour. Spread the dough on the rhubarb and baking the dessert in the oven at 175ยบ for approx. 25 min. For the portion dishes, and for approx. 40 min. For a big bowl. Serve with whipped cream, cream fraiche or soft dried vanilla ice cream.
