Ingredients for Rhubarb and Earthbreaked

250 | g | Strawberry |
250 | g | Rhubarb |
3 | leaves | Isinglass |
50 | g | Sugar |
6 | tbsp | Icing sugar |
Instructions for Rhubarb and Earthbreaked
To prepare the Rhubarb and Earthbreaked recipe, please follow these instructions:
Scrape the grains out of the vanilla bar. Boil wine, sugar, vanilla grains and bar in a saucepan. Put the blister soft.
Cut the rhubarb into slices and cook them half-lour in the wine layer. (About 10 minutes). Say the rhubarb and save the law. Blend the rhubarb together with half the strawberries.
Take the house block and melt it in the water that is attached. Pour it into the fruit mousse while stirring. Stir 5 tbsp. Whipped cream, cream fraiche and egg yolk. Whip egg whites stiff. Add 1 tbsp. powdered sugar. Turn the egg white in the moss. Put in the fridge. Decorate with the rest of the strawberries. Boil the wine layer approx. 5 minutes. Pour it over.
