1-2tbspCurrypasta, Red
250gSpinach leaves, fledgling, or in small groftsnittet pak choi
3Kaffir-lime leaves, dried
300gTurkey meat, in strips

To prepare the Red turkey curry with coconut milk recipe, please follow these instructions:

Heat the oil in a wok. Roast onion, curry paste, ginger, lemongrass and lime leaves with stirring for a couple of minutes.

Bring the meat to the wok and stir for a couple of minutes.

Add the spinach leaves, shake them shortly and pour coconut milk and broth. Allow it to spin with good heat for 5 minutes.

Server over freshly cooked rice.
