To prepare the Red-rolled rolls with peas, bacon and pearls recipe, please follow these instructions:
Melt the butter in a saucepan. Cut fennel and courgette into smaller pieces. Crush the garlic cloves. Pick the herbs. Cut the skull of 1/2 lemon into thin strips.
Turn vegetables, garlic, herbs and lemon peel into the butter, add lemon juice. Season with salt and pepper.
Place 4 large pieces of parchment paper on the worktop. First bring the vegetable blend, then red-tailed fillets and vegetable blend again on one half of each of the 4 pieces of parchment paper. Fold the other half over and hug it well so that the packages close.
Bake in the oven for approx. 20 minutes by. 180 degrees.
Peas with bacon and pearls:
Cut the bacon into small tern and gently rub them with a little fat. Cut the root of the pearls, put them in boiling water approx. 30 seconds, pick them up and rub them as almonds. Melt the butter in a saucepan, without burning. Get the beans and lightly sauté without coloring. Add the peas and let them sautere with approx. 1 minute. Finally pour the bacon nuts and let it simmer together for a short time. Season with salt (beware, bacon is salt by itself) and pepper.
