1 | pkg | Neck chops (4-5pcs) |

2 | can | Tomato puree |
2.5 | dl | Cream |
Instructions for Red Chops
To prepare the Red Chops recipe, please follow these instructions:
Bank the chopped chops slightly flat and divide them into 2-3 pieces.
Brush them on a pan in a little liquid fat, just brune, not ready to finish.
Bring them to a saucepan
Brown 2 onion sliced and put them in the saucepan.
Boil off with 2 dl. Water and get to the pan.
Add 2 small ds. Tomato sauce and 1/4 l cream.
Remember to season the chops with salt and pepper.
Get water so the meat is almost covered by the mixture of pure, cream and water.
Let it be small for a little hour or until the meat is so tender you can divide it with a fork.
If the sauce is to be slightly thicker, apply flourization.
Boil rice after the cookie recipe.
Remember to stir in the pan with the meat once in a while.
