3-5 | tbsp | Cane sugar |
5 | dl | Cranberry juice, concentrated |

To prepare the Red cabbage V recipe, please follow these instructions:
The cabbage is swirled in the butter for about 10 minutes. Cranberry juice and balsamic vinegar are added and boil on low heat for approx. 1 hour. Add more juice and a little water if it is boiling dry. Season with a little bit of salt.
tips:
The red cabbage is more tasteful and rounded in the taste than the usual red cabbage man else makes.
