1tspTorn shell of a usprøjtet Orange
1dlWater
100gWhite chocolate
150gRaspberries (frozen can be used)
150gSugar
2tbspLemon juice
2tbspFreshly squeezed orange juice

Instructions for Raspberries with white chocolate sauce

To prepare the Raspberries with white chocolate sauce recipe, please follow these instructions:

Boil water sugar and lemon juice together 4-5 min. Bring the raspberries to a boil shortly. Squeeze the mass through a sieve and chill it off. Whip the cream of foam and stir the juice in. Distribute the mass in a heart shape lined with plastic film (not required if it is cilicone shaping) freezing ice for at least 6 hours.

Chop the chocolate well. Boil the cream up the saucepan from the heat and stir the cream in the chopped chocolate. Stir until the chocolate is melted flavor with orange juice and peel. Serve the heart with chocolate sauce and decorate it. With fresh raspberries.
