Instructions for Rainbow. cookies

To prepare the Rainbow. cookies recipe, please follow these instructions:

Preheat the oven to 180 degrees. Put baking paper on several large baking sheets.
Bring butter and sugar into a bowl and whip the mixture light and airy (like with a whip of whipped cream). Whip the syrup in until the dough is even.
Mix flour, baking soda and salt together.
Add 75 g of flour mixture and then add chocolate buttons. Then stir the remaining flour.
Roll the dough to approx. 15 small balls and place them on the baking tray behind them 10-15 min.
Remove the cakes from the oven and let them rest on the hot plate for 2-3 minutes. Then put them on a grate and cool them off :)
