The rabbit meat is cut into thin slices and browned in butter / oil on both sides. The cuts are cut well, carrot, celery and parsnip cut into small cubes. The vegetables are exchanged for a few minutes with the meat. Broth and spices pour over the dish. After 3-4 minutes, add the pilsner. Allow it to boil and the noodles are sprinkled. The dish boils under low heat with low heat for 25-30 minutes or until the meat is tender. Season with curry and salt. The finely chopped parsley is sprinkled over.
Served with coarse flute.
