To prepare the Rabbit in Chinese cabbage / Bean sprouts and Chinese soy recipe, please follow these instructions:
Cut the meat into thin strips and steam in hot butter / oil, do not rub. Add finely chopped onions, thinly sliced celery, finely chopped cabbage and porridge rings. All of it is steamed for a few minutes with stirring, do not brown. Broth and sliced mushrooms come in. Let it smash for a couple of minutes. Then add the bean sprouts. Season with salt, pepper and chinese soy. The bean sprouts are warmed short and the dish is finished.
Served with coarse and chinese soy.
