Ingredients for Rabarbertrifli II

EVS. 2-4 tbsp. port/sherry
Grains of ½ stick vanilla
A little corn flour jævning to assemble with
A little water
1Eggs
1Egg yolk
100gMacaroons
tbspCorn flour
tbspSugar
1½ - 2dlSugar (to taste)
dlMilk
50gChopped, peeled almonds
750gRhubarb

Instructions for Rabarbertrifli II

To prepare the Rabarbertrifli II recipe, please follow these instructions:

The rhubarb is cleaned, rinsed, cut into 2 cm long pieces and put into a greased dish.

Mix sugar with almonds and corn oil and sprinkle over the rhubarb.

The rhubarb is steamed in the microwave at full power for approx. 8 minutes. Stir 2-3 times during cooking.

All the ingredients of the cream are whipped together.

The cream is poured into a jug or high bowl and boiled in the microwave at full power for approx. 3 minutes. Every minute is whipped. The cream is cooled.

The macaroons come in a bowl and the wine is poured over.

The chilled rhubarb is spread over the macaroons, and the cream is spread over the rhubarb. They may be sprinkled with chopped almonds.

Triflien is served with whipped cream before serving.
