180 | g | Wheat flour |

300 | g | Rhubarb |
50 | g | Plant margarine |
Instructions for Rabarbermuffuíns
To prepare the Rabarbermuffuíns recipe, please follow these instructions:
Cut the rhubarb and cook them all together with orange juice and grated orange peel. Boil the mixture to 11/2 dl and melt the plant margarine in it. Let it cool a little.
Whip the eggs white and foaming with sugar. Mix flour with baking soda and turn it all together.
Distribute the dough into 12 muffin molds and baked them in an oven at 200 degrees C. alm. Oven 12-15 min. Let them cool off on the grid.
