Instructions for Quark pudding with almonds
To prepare the Quark pudding with almonds recipe, please follow these instructions:
Butter a springform 15 cm in diameter with oil and sprinkle with the bread crumbs on both bottom and sides. Beat the egg yolks with the sugar until light. Tube herein Quark, almonds, Peel, raisins and lemon zest. Pour it into the mold. Bake at 180 degrees for 30 minutes. Serve with fresh orange pieces.
