Instructions for Quark horn with marzipan and Apple stuffing
To prepare the Quark horn with marzipan and Apple stuffing recipe, please follow these instructions:
Quark, sugar and oil stirred together in a bowl. Vanillekorn, baking soda and flour mix and stir into the dough, which is kneaded smooth and fine. The dough rolled out in approximately ½ cm thickness and cut into triangles.
Apple peeled, grated and distributed together with grated marzipan on the wide side of the triangles. The horns are rolled from the wide side and placed with the tip downwards on a baking sheet with wax paper.
Garnish: brushed with egg and garnish with almond flakes or Pearl granulated sugar.
Bake at 200 degrees C for about 20 minutes or until golden.
