Form the pork tenderloin for large sized balls with a so-called melon or pumpkin drill and pour them over 2 times with boiling water. For the first time, pour the water off again, the second time, the pumpkin must be in the water until it has become cold.
Boil a layer of sugar, vinegar and water, add vanilla, cloves and cinnamon.
Lay the grass seeds in the layer and boil them with low heat and with clay until they are ready, approx. 20 minutes. Pump the pumpkin into a bowl and let it cover a cool place for 3-4 days.
Then pour the liquid into a pan and spread the pumpkin meat into glass. Give the layer a boil, boil it a few minutes, and spread it over the pumpkins. Close the glasses.
