Instructions for Pufkager
To prepare the Pufkager recipe, please follow these instructions:
Margarine is stirred well very well with all the sugar and eggs (use like hand mixer) then stir (with spoon) the flour mixed with with bagepulveret and best bets in. Put on a baking sheet with a teaspoon (good distance since pasties leafing out) Bake at approx. 160 to the darkness of the edge will be approx. 10-15 min.
