Instructions for Praliné Marengs pie
To prepare the Praliné Marengs pie recipe, please follow these instructions:
Preheat the oven to 150 °.
Bowl on 2 plates and draw a circle of 20 cm on each. Brush with oil and sprinkle with a little sugar. Whip egg whites stiff and gradually add 250 g of sugar - 1 tbsp at a time. Whip is thick and shiny and the sugar is dissolved. Spray the marlin into a spiral in the 2 circles. After one hour turn off the oven and allow to cool for open oven door.
Praliné: Bring baking paper on a plate and over the almonds. Mix the rest of the sugar with ¾ dl water in a saucepan and stir over low heat until the sugar is dissolved. Bring the layer to the boil without stirring and pour it over the almonds when it is golden. Let it stiffen and get cold and crush almonds in a food processor or with a baking roll.
Stir the ice cream and turn into praline. Bring a marble bundle into a 23 cm spring form with baking paper, put the ice and put the other bottom over. Put the pie in the freezer until it is served.
For the sauce, bring strawberries, lemon juice and flour to a smooth sauce in the food processor. Add a little water if necessary .. Server with ice.
