Halvér poussinerne, arrow skins and share them in breast with wing and thigh. Brown poussinerne in a pan with olive oil with minced garlic and onions. Add the Saffron threads, lemon into small cubes, whole almonds and olives. Pour broth over and simmer for 35 minutes, covered. Season with salt and pepper and sprinkle with fresh coriander. Bring water to a boil, then add the couscous and a little salt, stir, put a lid on and turn off the heat. Let it soak 5 minutes and serve.
