Instructions for Potato strips
To prepare the Potato strips recipe, please follow these instructions:
Peel the potatoes and cut into 2cm slices. Peel each slice into a long, thin strip. Place the potato strips in soft water for at least one hour. Pour the water and dip them dry. Warm garlic and butter in a frying pan at low heat until the garlic is transparent. Take off white.
