Ingredients for Potato pizza
A few sprigs of Rosemary | ||
Pepper | ||
Salt | ||
100 | g | Wholemeal flour |
12 | g | Yeast (1/4 package) |
2.5 | dl | Lukewarm water |
200 | g | Wheat flour or durummel |
225 | g | Potatoes |
2-3 | tsp | Fennel seeds |
4-5 | slices | Serrano ham |
8 | tsp | Olive oil |
Instructions for Potato pizza
To prepare the Potato pizza recipe, please follow these instructions:
The dough is raised for one hour and rolled out for approx. 1 cm. thickness.
Sprinkle the spices into mortar.
Cut the potatoes very well if necessary. With mandolin iron.
Puff the pizza on a baking bag at 225 degrees in a hot air oven for approx. 1 minute. Take out the pizza, fill it up and bag it further 8-9 min.
Decorate the finished pizza with some fresh rucola.
