To prepare the Potato gratin with wild boar recipe, please follow these instructions:
Peel potatoes and carrots and boil them approx. 20 min. Pour the water and mash them with an electric whip. Add the eggs. Stir in the cracked cheese and taste with a little pepper and salt. Cut the mushroom and red pepper and shake it golden in a little butter on a pan. Brown the chopped meat in a saucepan. Grease a gratin dish and fill in half of the mashed potato, then spread the roasted mushrooms and red pepper and finish with the rest of the mashed potatoes. Put in the oven at 225 degrees on the bottom groove for 25 minutes.
