To prepare the Potato Casserole with root vegetables recipe, please follow these instructions:
Scrape or peel potatoes, carrots and celery. Slice the potatoes and celery into cubes and carrots into slices. Arrow the onion and cut it in both. Heat the oil and gently fry the onion in it, without it takes color.
