Instructions for Pork Tenderloin Pan

To prepare the Pork Tenderloin Pan recipe, please follow these instructions:

Rinse tenderloin free of sinew. Then slice the tenderloin into slices 4-5 cm thick. Sprinkle salt and pepper on the slices and brown them on the forehead.
