To prepare the Pork chops with roasted parsley, garlic and mushroom recipe, please follow these instructions:
Brown the chops in the very hot butter and put them on a dish.
Pour and crush the garlic with a knife and chop them nicely. Rinse the parsley and chop it lightly. Cut the root of the mushrooms and divide them in half. Bring garlic, parsley and mushrooms on the forehead of the fat from the chops. Let it shake with stirring 1-2 min.
Pour lemon juice and stir. Put the chops back and simmer approx. 10 min. on every side.
