Instructions for Pork chops in mushroom-onion 02
To prepare the Pork chops in mushroom-onion 02 recipe, please follow these instructions:
Dip the chopsticks dry with the kitchen roll and spice them with pepper. Let the fat become golden on a forehead with high heat. Brown chopsticks ½ min. On each side and sprinkle them with a little salt. Take the cutlets off the forehead and put them on a plate.
Mushroom-onion sauce: Pile the bulbs and cut them in half or quarters depending on the size of the lids. Season the onions 3-4 min. On the forehead of the fat. Add the juice and let the onions boil approx. 5 min. Under cover. Clean the mushroom and cut them in quarters. Bring them to the forehead with chilli sauce and peppers. Let the sauce boil approx. 10 min. Under cover. Season with salt and pepper.
Place the chops in the sauce and simmer approx. 2 min. on every side. Sprinkle the dish with chopped parsley.
tips:
Instead of a lid, the forehead can be covered with aluminum foil.
