To prepare the Poor Knights - Diabetes recipe, please follow these instructions:

Whip egg, sweetener and cinnamon together. Dip each side of the 2 slices of French bread into the egg yolks. Stir them golden and crispy in a little liquid Becel on a forehead. Serve them with marmalade.

tips:
Do not cut the French bread too much - max. 1 cm. Then they become more crisp. I like to use home-baked french bread of ½ wheat flour and ½ white wheat, as this produces a delicious light bread, but with lots of whole grains, so the blood sugar increase does not get too high.
