To prepare the Pomegranate with almonds recipe, please follow these instructions:
Place the house block in soft in cold water. Whip egg yolks and sugar well. Boil milk and almonds and pour it into the egg mixture during whipping. Return to the pan and warm up just before the boiling point during whipping. Immediately remove the pan from the heat. Knock the water of the house block and melt it in the warm cream. Cool the mixture until it is semi-solid. Whip the cream and turn it in with the port wine. Bring the onion into a bowl and cool it until the next day. Decorate the oyster with whipped cream, a little almonds and half-sprinkled grapes.
