250 | g | Butter (may be omitted) |
Instructions for Pjatspandermands Chicken pot with mashed potatoes
To prepare the Pjatspandermands Chicken pot with mashed potatoes recipe, please follow these instructions:
Peel the potatoes and put them over without salt.
Sprinkle the loaf of bread, cut it into big tern and brown them in a saucepan with good heat until the pieces have got a color.
Cut the bacon into 1 cm big tern and put them into the pan until they are almost crisp. Take them up and let them drip off.
Cut slices smoothly and put them in the grease from the bacon until they are ready.
Cut the carrots into thick slices and add them to the onions together with the tenderloin and bacon. Warm it all through.
Add the peppers and let it fry for a moment. Add boulion, pepper and laurel until it covers the meat well.
Allow to simmer for low heat for 25 minutes.
Before serving, add cremefraich, cocktail sausages and sauce as smooth as possible.
The water is poured from the potatoes and the moses / whipped with the butter to the moss is linden and seasoned with salt and pepper.
