A bit crushed rosemary leaves
Olive oil
½dlWater
1trayFresh shii-take without stick, cut fine
1The onion in thin slices
1servingPizza dough
12-15Half-dried tomatoes
375gGorgonzola

Instructions for Pizza with Shiitake Gogonzola and Onions

To prepare the Pizza with Shiitake Gogonzola and Onions recipe, please follow these instructions:

Prepare pizza dough and set it aside.

Brown the onions in olive oil on a medium hot frying pan and set them aside.

Fry the mushrooms in a little olive oil at medium heat for about 15 minutes or until tender. Set to the side.

Make a puree of the dried tomatoes and water in a blender. Add water as needed to pureen is smooth. Spread a thin layer of tomato puree over the rolled pizza dough. Cover with a layer of the tanned skins of the onion and add the Shiitake and gorgonzola on top. Sprinkle with Rosemary.

Heat the oven to 225 C and bake the pizza in 8-10 minutes or to the bottom is crisp and Brown.
