Dissolve the yeast in the lukewarm water. Mix flour and salt and mix it slowly. Bring it all together well. The dough feels smooth and supple (use more water). Set aside for half an hour. Now roll the dough on a floured table to ½-1 cm. Thickness, butter a small pan with oil and put the dough in it, preferably take a little of the sides. Brush the dough with oil.
