To prepare the PITA with prawn-mango fillings recipe, please follow these instructions:
LUN pitabrødene and butter them on the inside with BUKO Sandwich. Peel the mangoes and cut the flesh into cubes-fruit about 1 x 1 cm. Cut spring onion finely. Remove membranes from grapefruit flesh and cut the flesh into small cubes. Mix shrimp, mango, scallions, grapefruit and sambal oelek. Season with salt. Come fill in pitabrødene.
