Ingredients for Pistacekage
Juice of 1 orange | ||

Green walnuts or pistachios | ||

100 | g | Chopped walnuts |
200 | g | Wheat flour |
200 | g | Pistachio lot |
200 | g | Butter |
200 | g | Sugar |
4 | Eggs | |
60-70 | g | Chopped dark chocolate |
Instructions for Pistacekage
To prepare the Pistacekage recipe, please follow these instructions:
Whip the butter and sugar light and airy. Add the pistachio and whip again. Come the eggflowers in one of the hallways, whip between each other. Bring the cracked orange peel. The chopped nuts, chocolate, flour and baking powder are mixed and added alternately with the orange juice.
The egg whites are whipped stiff and folded into the dough.
The dough comes in a greased spring form and baked at 170 degrees for approx. 60 min.
When the cake is cold, brush it with melted chocolate and decorate with all the nuts.
