To prepare the Piselli con guanciale recipe, please follow these instructions:
Bacon cut into small tern. Spring onions cut into small thin slices. Onions in a little olive oil are sautéed onions and bacon. Peas are added and after 2 minutes add 2 tablespoons of water, a little salt and sugar. Boil the peas for 20-25 minutes under low heat.
