To prepare the Pie with delicious lemon filling recipe, please follow these instructions:
Pour the wheat flour into a bowl. Add melted chilled butter and water and work the dough with a wooden box. Squeeze the dough into a pie shape, about 24 cm in diameter, shape the edge evenly and dot the dough with a fork. Leave it cold for 20-30 minutes. Bake at 200 degrees on the bottom groove for about 10 minutes, so that the base is cured without getting color. Mix cream fraiche, sugar, vanilla sugar and lemon peel. Boil the almonds for 30 sec, pour cold water on them and dirt them. Chop them very nicely and add them to the creme fraiche mix. Sprinkle the eggs, mix the egg yolks and stir well. Whip egg whites to hard foam. Turn the foam in the mixture with a large amount of heat so that all the air disappears. Pour the mass into the mold and behind the pig at 150 degrees for about 30 minutes. Serve it lukewarm or cold.

You get more rich taste if you use a fetter cream fraiche.
