1 | dl | Cream fine 7% or cream |
1 | tsp | White pepper (or slightly less) |
1 | tsp | Cinnamon |
1 | tsp | Cardamom |
1 | tsp | Bicarbonate of soda |
1 | tsp | Ground ginger |
100 | g | Torn marzipan |
225 | g | Sugar |
250 | g | Butter |
500 | g | Wheat flour |

Butter and sugar are whipped together, add the cracked marcipan. Stir Cremefine in, mix all the dust and stir into a uniform dough.
Roll the dough into sausages, about 1½ cm thick. Cut them into pieces of 1-1½ cm. Put them on the plate on the flat overlaid surface and press them lightly into the top - they float out so that they do not print flat.
Bake at 200 gr. (Not hot air) at the top of the oven approx. 10 min. Till they are golden.
