50 | g | Icing sugar |
6 | dl | Juice brine from the pears |
800 | g | Henkogte bulbs |
Instructions for Pear sorbet, Ninas
To prepare the Pear sorbet, Ninas recipe, please follow these instructions:
Bring the boiled pears in the blender and blend them to the mash. Add the juice layer and juice of 1 lemon. Set the fruit mousse in the freezer approx. 4 hours. Stir occasionally.
Bring the frozen ice pulp into the blender again, so that the ice cream is broken to fine snow. Whip the egg whites with flour and turn it into the ice cream. Freeze again for a few hours or longer.
When serving, the ice is in high glass. Pour a little liqueur to the adults and a couple of waffles.
