Prepare the dough. Flour, cocoa, flour and butter, cut into pieces, knead in a blender with dough screw until the dough is slightly crumbling. Add a whipped egg and a pinch of salt. Again again. Stir around until it is completely melted. Then add the whipped egg and pour it all warmly over the bulbs that are put in the oven for 10 minutes. Just sprinkle a little cream before it is served lukewarm.
