Ingredients for Pasta with celery sauce

Parmasanost
Pasta
Peel of 1 lemon
1Leek, sliced
1/3Celeriac
3-4Medium button mushrooms, sliced
80gBacon/panchetta, diced

Instructions for Pasta with celery sauce

To prepare the Pasta with celery sauce recipe, please follow these instructions:

Bring celery to a pan and cover with water. Boil the celery approx. 10-15 minutes or until they are enough to blend.

Step bacon / panchetta-tern in a saute pan. When done, let it drip onto a plate covered with a little paper roll.

Now cook leek and mushroom for low heat in the bacon grease for approx. 8 minutes or as you think.

Blend the pre-cooked celery with the water in the saucepan to get some kind of celery soup. Pour the celery soup over the leeks and mushrooms that fry on the forehead. Bring it to the boil and turn down the heat again.
Come bacontern in.

Tear the skull of 1 lemon in the sauce. Bring some cooking cream as needed.
Peel a little parmasan in the sauce to make it creamy.
Season with salt and pepper.

Server with pasta.

tips:
If necessary, bring fresh thyme into and like a stick of butter.
