Ingredients for Pasta on a sunday

Instructions for Pasta on a sunday
To prepare the Pasta on a sunday recipe, please follow these instructions:
Pour the pumpkin kernels together with salt, either on a hot pan or in a refractory dish at hot air 180 degrees for 10-15 minutes.
Heat the oil in a pan, chop onion and garlic half-fin, add in the hot oil until these have become transparent. Then add the beef and review this. The peppers are emptied for kernels and chopped. Carrots are peeled and torn. Add pepper, grated carrot, Dolmio, 200g milk. Season with spices, salt, pepper (chili if you want it) .. and let it cook.
Cook the pasta in lightly salted water for about 10-15 minutes. Let the meat boil while the pasta is also boiling. Meanwhile the salad is made.
Remove the kernel from the apples and chop them well. Wash the salad and drain it free of water. Mix the finely chopped apples with salad and pumpkin kernels.
First mix the pasta with the meat sauce. And then the pasta / meat sauce with the salad, just inside serving so the salad does not collapse due to the heat, and gets boring.
