Cut the oranges into a zigzag pattern. Remove the meat and seeds and filter the meat through a sieve. Be sure to get all the juice with approx. 1 liter. Put the orange peel in the freezer. Half the passion fruit and take out the content. Pure it in a blender. Mix sugar and orange juice in and freeze sorbent. When the sorbet is stuck, it comes into the frozen shells. Put them back in the freezer for approx. 30 minutes before serving.
