Ingredients for Paradise Pie

0.5 | tsp | Cinnamon |
0.5 | dl | Sugar |
1 | Egg yolk | |
1 | tsp | Corn flour |
1.5 | dl | Brown sugar |
1.5 | dl | Wheat flour |
1.5 | dl | Macadamia nuts |
1.5 | tsp | Grated lemon rind |
100 | g | Butter |
2 | tbsp | Lemon juice |
5-6 | Ripe bananas, sliced | |
6 | tbsp | Water |
Instructions for Paradise Pie
To prepare the Paradise Pie recipe, please follow these instructions:
Pour the bananas softly into the pineapple juice and lemon juice for 30 minutes. Pour the juice and save it. Sugar is mixed with the flour, butter chopped in it, then the egg yolk. The dough is kneaded together and left cold for 1 hour. A greased spring form is coated with the rolled dough. Push the dough firmly into the sides. Dotted with a fork.
Sprinkle lemon balm, sugar and cinnamon over the bananas, stir lightly and spread it in the pie. Heat the juice and let it thicken with maizena. Pour it over the pie. Mix all ingredients to the top and spread it over the pie.
Bake at 225 degrees C for approx. 20 min.
