Instructions for Paprikacsirke (Paprika Chicken)
To prepare the Paprikacsirke (Paprika Chicken) recipe, please follow these instructions:
Cut the poularden in 8 parts, and sprinkle them with salt. Chop the onion finely. Melt butter, without the Tan in a large frying pan. Fry the onion until transparent, sprinkle the paprika over, let this Cook for a minute, and stir a couple of times in it until paprikaen becomes reddish brown. Came the carved poulard in, and let it cook for a few minutes on all sides. Cut the green peppers into strips, Peel and chop the tomato flesh, and this came down into the pan. Stir again well around, put a lid on and let the Court Cook still until poularden is tender, if necessary, you can add a little water from time to time. Rain with approx. 1 ½ hour time. Mix the cream fraichen with flour and a little water. Take poularden out of the Pan, stir cream fraichen in, and add the cream.
Server poulard pieces in the sauce accompanied by noodles.
