Ingredients for Paprika Chops
¼ | tsp | Dried Marjoram |
1 | package | Bacon |
1 | dl | Sour cream, 18% |
1 | dl | Finely chopped onion |
1½ - 2 | dl | Broth |
1-2 | tbsp | Concentrated tomato puree |
2 | tsp | Mild paprika |
250 | g | Cleaned mushrooms |
4-6 | Pork chops |
Instructions for Paprika Chops
To prepare the Paprika Chops recipe, please follow these instructions:
Turn on the oven and set it to 170 degrees C. alm. oven. Shake bacon slices until they are golden and crispy. Take them off the forehead and put them on greasy paper.
Bank the chops with the handroot or a hammer hammer. Sprinkle peppers on both sides of the meat. Brown the chops with high heat on both sides. Remove the chops from the forehead and put them in a greased refractory dish.
Sweat the onion on the forehead until golden and clear. Add the tomato paste, marijuana and broth and cook off the pan. Add the cream fraiche and stir well. Season the sauce with salt, pepper and some peppers. Pour the sauce over the meat.
Cover the dish with stanniol. Place the dish on the oven grill in the middle of the oven at 170 degrees C. alm. Oven for 15 - 20 minutes, depending on the thickness of the cutlets. Mix the coarse mushrooms in the dish 10 minutes before it is finished. Put bacon over.

The dish can also be prepared with tenderloin steaks or slices of hamstring thighs.
