To prepare the Pangasius fillet with root vegetables and fresh pasta recipe, please follow these instructions:
Grease the vegetables in a little oil. They must not take color.
Add fishbouillionm white wine and chayenneberber and simmer for 10 minutes.
The Pangasius fillets are cut into 3 pieces per. Fillet and sprinkle with salt and pepper.
Lay the vegetables in an ovenproof dish, spread the fish over and cover with staniol.
Place the dish in a 200 degree hot oven for 30 minutes.
Serve the dish with pasta, cooked according to the instructions on the package.
Slice the water from the pasta into a slurry, throw the pasta back into the pan, sprinkle with a little oil and sprinkle with salt and pepper - gently mix it together.
